Money-Back Guarantee

Our money-back Guarantee promises full compensation if you are not satisfied with your EasyIron Spray. No questions asked. We accept returns within one week (i.e., seven (7) days) of receipt (AKA the date of delivery listed by our courier services) from customers in issuing full refunds.

If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to be refunded in full, kindly follow the procedures below:

STEP 1. Bring your EasyIron Spray to the nearest post office and fill in this address in the consignment note:

Level 1, No 28, Jalan USJ 6/1D Subang Jaya, 47610 Selangor, Malaysia

STEP 2. Take a CLEAR photo of the receipt received from the post office and email it to alex@easyironspray.com together with your Order ID and bank account number. The postage fees will be deposited into your account on Friday of the same week.

STEP 3. As soon as we have received your EasyIron Spray, the refund will be processed within seven (7) working days.

Products must be returned in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Order Replacement

If your EasyIron order comes with any defect, you are entitled to a correct order free of charge, by returning the defective order to us. We accept returns within one week (i.e., seven (7) days) of purchase (AKA the date listed on your receipt) for defective items that have been made wrongly by us. 

All of the delivery charges will be borne by EasyIron within Malaysia. Refund of cash or payment is not available unless there is a website error (i.e., wrong pricing shown on the website) refund of cash or payment to your original payment method (i.e., Credit Card, PayPal). 

If your EasyIron order has been delivered wrongly / any defects on the items, here are some alternatives for you to reach us regarding this issue:

STEP 1. Bring your defective EasyIron order to the nearest post office and fill in this address in the consignment note:

STEP 2. Take a CLEAR photo of the receipt received from the post office and email it to alex@easyironspray.com together with your Order ID, defect details, and bank account number. The postage fees will be deposited into your account on Friday of the same week.

STEP 3. We will take 3-5 working days to prepare and send your new EasyIron order. In the meantime, please patiently wait for your order to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

You must return items (whether by reason of dissatisfaction with our products or defects on our products) to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. 

Please write your order number ("#") on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund of the postage in the original form of payment, and the correct order will be processed and reach you within approximately 7 to 10 working days after we receive your return. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges.

Choose a return for the correct order or a refund. Please note that a refund of cash or payment is not available unless there is a website error (i.e., the wrong pricing shown on the website).

Print your return form and place it with the defective order inside the package.

RETURN & REFUND

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS PURCHASED DURING SALES?

You may return your EasyIron orders made during sales for a full refund. Kindly refer to the steps above in returning your EasyIron Spray order to us. 

However, the time period for returns is set at three (3) days from you receiving your product, rather than the seven (7) day timeframe in ordinary periods. 

REFUNDS & PROCESSING

The correct orders or refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after we have received and approved your return request.

*Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days once your package is received by us. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when the transaction is executed.

However, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and notify this transaction to your account as soon as they receive information from us.
