User Generated Content (UGC) Terms

We may make available on the EasyIron Spray website a space dedicated to user content including but not limited to text, photos, videos, etc. posted by you on social media (“User Content”). Where you have responded to our request to use such User Content with #EasyLife, you agree to the following:

You grant EasyIron Spray a non-exclusive, royalty free worldwide license to use User Content in relation to which you have responded #EasyLife for marketing and/or advertising purposes worldwide, including but not limited to use on EasyIron Spray's official brand websites, online store, newsletters, catalogs, email, social media, store materials and other customer communications.

EasyIron Spray may use, reproduce, distribute, combine with other materials, modify, alter and/or edit such User Content and/or any part(s) thereof in its sole discretion.

You hereby represent and warrant that: - 

• you own all rights including intellectual property rights in and to your User Content;
• you have permission from any person(s) appearing in your User Content to grant the rights herein; and
• EasyIron Spray's use of your User Content will not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law in any countries in the world.

You hereby release and discharge EasyIron Spray from all and any obligation to compensate you for any use of your User Content as described above and any of the intellectual property rights contained therein; and You hereby further release, discharge and agree to hold the Company and any person acting on EasyIron Spray’s behalf harmless from all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the use of your User Content as described above.
